2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when signing up, including a real, working email address. Accounts created with disposable or temporary email addresses are not permitted. New accounts require admin approval before access is granted.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Resell, redistribute, or scrape data from the Service without authorization
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Data Accuracy
Scanline provides Amazon marketplace research data, including estimated sales figures, revenue estimates, and other analytical metrics. These are estimates derived from publicly observable signals (such as Best Sellers Rank) and are NOT guaranteed to be accurate. Estimates should be used as directional guidance only, not as a substitute for your own due diligence.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select at signup or upgrade. Payment terms, including manual/offline payment processing where applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact support for assistance.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scanline is not liable for any business decisions made based on data or estimates provided by the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
